Shopping and Pickup
13. Can I shop at IncrediGrow in person?

No. IncrediGrow does not offer local delivery. Customers in Calgary can shop in person. Online orders that require shipping are shipped through Canada Post where shipping is available.

18. Can I contact IncrediGrow before ordering?

Shipping Across Canada
25. Does IncrediGrow ship across Canada?
Yes. IncrediGrow ships many eligible garden, hydroponic, and indoor growing products across Canada using Canada Post. Shipping availability depends on product size, weight, fragility, temperature sensitivity, Canada Post service, product restrictions, and destination.
26. Does IncrediGrow ship orders through Canada Post?
Yes. IncrediGrow ships eligible online orders through Canada Post. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping costs depend on Canada Post service availability, the customer’s address, package size, package weight, and the products in the order.
27. Does IncrediGrow ship from Calgary?
Yes. IncrediGrow ships eligible online orders from Calgary, Alberta using Canada Post.
28. Does IncrediGrow use couriers other than Canada Post?
Yes, but IncrediGrow primarily ships through Canada Post. If a shipping option is available at checkout, it will be shown during the order process.
29. Why does shipping sometimes seem expensive?
Shipping can seem expensive because rates are based on Canada Post costs, destination, package size, package weight, dimensional weight, fuel surcharges, signature requirements, and the realities of shipping across Canada.
30. Does IncrediGrow control shipping prices?
No. Shipping prices are based on Canada Post rates and parcel details. IncrediGrow does not receive shipping money as profit. Shipping fees are used to pay the carrier for transporting the package.
31. Why can small items still have noticeable shipping costs?
Small items can still have noticeable shipping costs because parcel carriers often have minimum charges, package handling costs, fuel surcharges, tracking costs, and service fees. It is best to bundle small products with large products.
32. Should I bundle small items to save on shipping?
Yes. Bundling small items with other products can often make shipping more reasonable. Shipping one small item by itself can be inefficient because Canada Post still charges for parcel service, tracking, handling, and delivery.
33. Why are bulky products expensive to ship?
Bulky products are expensive to ship because carriers may charge by dimensional weight. A product can be physically light but still take up a large amount of space in a truck, warehouse, or delivery route. Long items such as fluourescent bulbs, LED lights, air pots, etc. can be very expensive especially if the packaging is longer than 3 to 4 feet.
34. Why are some products not available for shipping?
Some products are not available for shipping because they are too heavy, too large, too fragile, too long, too awkwardly shaped, temperature-sensitive, restricted, or not cost-effective to ship safely through Canada Post.
35. Does IncrediGrow require signatures on shipments?
Often, but not always. IncrediGrow may ship orders with signature required. Signature-required shipping helps reduce porch piracy, delivery disputes, and missing package issues. This can mean that a customer may need to pick up a package from the post office if they are not home during delivery.
36. Why did my package go to the post office instead of being left at my door?
A package may be taken to the post office if the shipment requires a signature, if Canada Post cannot safely leave it, if the customer is not available, or if the delivery driver determines that pickup is required. Please contact Canada Post if you have an issue with one of their delivery persons, as IncrediGrow does not have access to this information.
37. Can IncrediGrow force Canada Post to leave a package at my door?
No. Once a package is with Canada Post, delivery procedures are controlled by Canada Post. IncrediGrow cannot force a driver to leave a parcel unattended.
38. Can IncrediGrow refund shipping if Canada Post makes me pick up the package?
Shipping fees pay for carrier transport, tracking, handling, and delivery service. If Canada Post attempts delivery and then sends the parcel to a pickup location, the shipping service has still been used. IncrediGrow does not ever refund shipping because a package was held for pickup by Canada Post.
39. When does IncrediGrow take orders to Canada Post?
IncrediGrow prepares and brings outgoing shipments to Canada Post based on staff availability, vehicle availability, order volume, business hours, and Canada Post schedules. Orders are usually brought to Canada Post between Sunday and Thursday depending on operational availability. Weather can delay dropoffs. We do our best to keep our packages safe.
40. Can weather delay my shipment?
Yes. Extreme weather can delay shipments. IncrediGrow may delay shipping during floods, fires, storms, unsafe road conditions, temperature extremes, or other conditions that could affect product safety, staff safety, or Canada Post service.
41. Can IncrediGrow delay my order if the weather is unsafe?
Yes. IncrediGrow reserves the right to delay shipments when weather, road conditions, Canada Post disruptions, or temperature extremes may make shipping unsafe or unreasonable.
42. Are temperature-sensitive items shipped at the customer’s risk?
Temperature-sensitive items may be shipped at the customer’s risk during extreme heat or cold. Customers should contact IncrediGrow before ordering temperature-sensitive products if they are concerned about weather conditions. If your product freezes, it is probably not ruined. Just defrost and shake.
43. What happens if Canada Post delays my package?
Canada Post delays are controlled by Canada Post, not IncrediGrow. If a shipment is delayed, IncrediGrow may be able to open an investigation or claim depending on the service type, tracking status, and length of delay.
44. Can IncrediGrow open a Canada Post claim?
Yes. IncrediGrow may be able to open a Canada Post claim or investigation if a package is lost, damaged, significantly delayed, or has tracking issues. Claim eligibility depends on Canada Post rules, the service used, and the tracking history.
45. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, customers should contact IncrediGrow as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, the packing materials, the shipping label, and any visible damage.
Canada Post will require some additional documentation:
- Photo of each side of the outer packaging
- Photo of the shipping label as attached to the outer packaging
- Photo of any inner packaging
- Pictures of damaged items
46. Should I keep the packaging if my order is damaged?
Yes. Customers should keep the damaged item, box, shipping label, and packing materials until the issue is resolved.
Shipping to the United States
47. Does IncrediGrow ship to the United States?

If you are shopping from the USA, you will see prices displayed in USD to make it easier
48. Can every IncrediGrow product be shipped to the United States?
No. Not every product can be shipped to the United States, just some. Some products may be restricted, impractical, too expensive, too heavy, too large, temperature-sensitive, or unsuitable for cross-border shipping.
49. Are U.S. customers responsible for customs issues?
Americans are 100% responsible for their own issues. IncrediGrow is not responsible for products seized, delayed, refused, lost, or held at the border.
IncrediGrow is also not responsible for tariffs, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs unless specifically stated at checkout.
50. Can IncrediGrow guarantee U.S. customs clearance?
No. IncrediGrow cannot guarantee that a shipment will clear U.S. customs. Customs decisions are controlled by border authorities and carriers, not by IncrediGrow. IncrediGrow suggests Americans reach out to their own channels for these issues since we are in Canada and do not have control over that sort of thing. We also do not control tariffs.
