Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including shipping address and contact information, are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Large or bulky items may incur higher-than-expected shipping costs. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, shipping rates provided at checkout may occasionally be incorrect. In such cases, we reserve the right to request additional payment or cancel the order prior to shipment.

Carrier delays are outside of our control. While we can contact the carrier and request that an investigation be opened, we cannot guarantee resolution timelines or outcomes. Shipping delays are not eligible for refunds, discounts, or compensation of any kind.

Orders returned due to refusal, missed delivery, or incorrect address may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.

Cold Weather & Live Goods

Plants, liquids, and temperature-sensitive items ship at the customer’s risk during extreme weather conditions. We are not responsible for freeze or heat damage once an order has left our facility.

Bulk & Clearance Items

Clearance, bulk, and case-quantity items are final sale. These items are not eligible for free shipping or additional discounts unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for proper application and compliance with local regulations. Results will vary based on environment, technique, and user practices.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected misuse.

We reserve the right to delay orders due to weather events or other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to flooding, fires, storms, landslides, earthquakes, strikes, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, or extreme temperatures, at our discretion. If this occurs, we will make every effort to contact you with details prior to shipment.

If you require a delay, you must contact us by phone at 403-230-0065 during business hours prior to shipment. Email requests may not be seen in time to prevent dispatch. Requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
