Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Delays may occur in the event of items being out-of-stock, as well as due to road conditions. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship through Canada Post or UPS.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is valid only on qualified items with order totaling $200 or more before taxes, and excludes the territories.
  • Large items are not eligible for free shipping.  Orders that weigh over 20lbs are not eligible as the postal services classifies these items as oversized. Orders shipped to remote locations where we cannot economically ship to may be cancelled and refunded in full. Items that the postal service requires a pallet for are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Customers residing in the territories may contact us prior to purchasing for an exact shipping quote.
  • IncrediGrow reserves the right to cancel and refund the order in full if the order does not qualify for free shipping and customer chooses not to pay additional shipping charges.
If the free shipping option does not appear, your order is not eligible for free shipping.

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

For your convenience, some packages are shipped out without a signature required, meaning the courier will leave the package at your doorstep.

During periods of cold or extreme heat, we may require signatures on most deliveries to prevent freezing damage due to cold weather. Additionally, items we feel may be at risk of porch piracy or weather damage will also require a signature. 

All products purchased from IncrediGrow are made pursuant to a shipment contract, and the risk & responsibility of stolen/lost packages passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery from the courier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If no relevant shipping option appears, your order may be overweight or contain un-shippable items. If this happens, please pause your order and e-mail us at sales@incredigrow.ca for freight rates.

 

Local Delivery

Deliveries will be made by a third party carrier within 1 - 2 business days between 1 PM and 6 PM. In the event that we do not have stock of the item(s) you've ordered, you will be contacted via e-mail and given the option to either wait or receive a refund on the unavailable item(s).

If you live within an eligible area, you will see an option and a price for local delivery at checkout. 

The following postal codes are eligible for ***CALGARY ONLY*** Local Delivery:
T1Y, T2A, T2C, T2G, T2J, T2L, T2N, T2R, T2T, T2W, T3A, T3C, T3G, T3J, T3L, T3N, T3R, T2B, T2E, T2H, T2K, T2M, T2S, T2V, T2X, T2Z, T3B, T3E, T3H, T3K, T3P, T3S, T1Z, T2Y

Additional charges apply for large (4 x 4 or bigger) or heavy (more than 22kg) items.  

The following postal codes are eligible for Out-of-Town Local Delivery under 22kg:
T3Z, T0L, T3M, T0M, T4A, T4B, T4C, T0J, T1S, T2P, T1X, T3K

- CO2 tanks and refills
- Isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and butane. 
- Anything marked on our website as "in-store pickup only".
- Very heavy items

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our North and South locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Holidays) pending stock. We will send you an email when your order is ready. 

Our in-store pickup hours are between 10 AM and 7 PM on Monday through Friday, 10 AM and 6 PM on weekends, and 12 PM to 5 PM on holidays. Please have your order confirmation number with you when you come.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are never guaranteed, as they are affected by many factors.

Estimated times from dropping your package off at the post office to delivery are as follows:

Alberta: Roughly 2-4 business days.
British Columbia and Saskatchewan: Roughly 3-5 business days.
Manitoba and Ontario: Roughly 5+ business days
Quebec, the Maritimes and the Yukon: Roughly 5-13 business days.
Northwest Territories and Nunavut: Roughly 30+ days

In November and December, please add an additional 2-5 days to the estimated shipping time due to the yearly holiday mail delays.

We recommend that you complete all online Christmas ordering before December 3rd to allow for any unexpected circumstances.

International Shipping

We do not offer shipping outside of Canada. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@incredigrow.ca with your name and order number.

Lost and Stolen Orders

IncrediGrow is NOT responsible for any shipping delays or losses once the item has shipped and in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Incredigrow is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. 

Canada Post typically requires the receiver (you) to make the lost order claim, but we are happy to assist as best we can.

There will be no refunds for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error. Please check that you've entered the correct address.
