The Gavita Pro Plus 750W EL DE is a professional high-pressure sodium grow lamp designed for high-frequency horticultural lighting systems. This double-ended lamp uses a K12 x 30S base for precise positioning and is rated on the original Gavita packaging at a photosynthetic photon flux (PPF) of 1450 µmol.

This is a specialized replacement lamp for compatible Gavita Pro-series and other suitable high-frequency, high-voltage electronic HPS systems. It is not a standard 750W single-ended HPS lamp and should only be used with equipment specifically designed for this lamp type.

This lamp is intended for 750W, 400V, high-frequency double-ended horticultural HPS systems using a compatible high-voltage electronic ballast.

The original Gavita packaging specifically states that the lamp is suitable for high-frequency, high-voltage electronic ballasts and references the Gavita Pro series.

Do not select this lamp based on wattage alone. A 750W HPS ballast or fixture is not automatically compatible with this lamp. Confirm the required lamp voltage, operating frequency, double-ended socket type and ballast compatibility before installation.

The 400V rating shown on the lamp refers to the lamp's operating specification. This is a ballasted HID lamp and is not intended for direct connection to household line voltage.

Keep Your Gavita HPS System Running

If you already own a compatible Gavita high-frequency HPS fixture, replacing the lamp allows you to keep an otherwise functional lighting system in service without replacing the entire fixture.

• Allow the lamp and fixture to cool completely before removal.
• Install only in compatible double-ended lamp holders.
• Do not bend the lamp wires during installation.
