Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Micro is the micronutrient and nitrogen-containing component of the pH Perfect Grow, Micro, Bloom three-part base nutrient system. Used together with pH Perfect Grow and pH Perfect Bloom, it contributes to the complete supply of macro, secondary, and micronutrients plants require throughout both vegetative growth and flowering.
Despite the names on the three bottles, Micro, Grow, and Bloom are designed to be used together throughout the crop cycle. Advanced Nutrients recommends applying all three components in a 1:1:1 ratio, gradually increasing the concentration during vegetative growth and continuing all three at the full rate through flowering.
What Colour Is Advanced Nutrients Micro?
The current North American Advanced Nutrients safety data sheet describes pH Perfect Micro as a deep burgundy liquid.
Advanced Nutrients intentionally gives the three pH Perfect components different colours to make Grow, Micro, and Bloom easier to distinguish during mixing and reduce the chance of accidentally adding the wrong component twice.
What Does Micro Contribute?
pH Perfect Micro has an NPK analysis of 2-0-0.
Although its NPK analysis primarily reflects nitrogen, Micro also contains several mineral nutrient sources used to provide elements required in much smaller quantities.

pH Perfect Technology
The complete Grow, Micro, Bloom system incorporates Advanced Nutrients' pH Perfect Technology, designed to establish and maintain the nutrient solution within its intended pH range when the system is used as directed.
Advanced Nutrients states that the technology creates a pH “sweet spot” and can hold the nutrient solution there for approximately one week, helping keep nutrients available for root uptake while reducing routine manual pH adjustment.

Micro Goes in First
The mixing order for pH Perfect Grow, Micro & Bloom is important.

Never mix the three concentrated nutrients together before adding them to water.
Shake each bottle before measuring. Advanced Nutrients notes that nutrient components can settle during storage, so shaking helps ensure a consistent solution is being measured.

Important Mixing Note
Micro should always be added to the reservoir first. Mix it thoroughly into the water before adding Grow, then add Bloom last.
Do not combine Grow, Micro, and Bloom together while they are concentrated.
