West Coast Seeds - Microgreens - Kohlrabi

Plant microgreen kohlrabi seeds and grow one of the most nutritious super-foods known. They are high in vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, carotene, amino acids, and protein. They also contain sulphoraphane, a compound thought to have powerful cancer fighting qualities. Their bright colour and mild flavour make them a great combination with other microgreens. Microgreen kohlrabi seeds are easy to grow - and fast! Start them on the surface of (or just buried in) sterilized seed starting mix, and keep moist. Once the first true leaf pair emerges, they can be harvested at any point.
