If you are looking for a larger quantity of pots, soil, coco, nutrients, propagation supplies, or hydroponic equipment in Calgary, the easiest way is to call or email us and ask if it is here. We are happy to help with large purchases, project supply orders, classroom growing projects, and larger in-store pickups.

If you need a larger quantity set aside, or if you are sourcing supplies for a high school, college, university, classroom, educational garden, community project, or commercial grow setup, please email sales@incredigrow.ca with the items and quantities you are looking for, along with your location if shipping is required. We will confirm availability, pricing, and the next steps.

If the items are in stock, many larger orders can be picked up quickly. If something needs to be brought in or reserved specifically for you, we will let you know upfront and provide a clear timeline.

For larger or special-order items, prepayment is required before we proceed. Orders of this nature are processed through our standard billing and verification procedures prior to fulfillment. We do not take credit card payments over the phone. All card payments are processed securely through our website.

Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee, and prepayments are non-refundable once the order has been placed with our suppliers.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bulk orders coming from the United States may involve additional freight charges, brokerage, duties, or other import-related costs, which will be reflected in your quote where applicable.

For high-quantity equipment orders, we work directly with verified customers and established suppliers to confirm availability, logistics, and timelines before processing. Orders of this scale are fulfilled through structured billing, verification, and shipping procedures to ensure accuracy and security for both parties.
