Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery.
Any item(s) cancelled after product shipment or returned for reasons other than: damage to product as a result of shipping; or improper ordering on behalf of IncrediGrow Garden Centre (ie: incorrect item); will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping costs associated with the order at the discretion of Management. Items to be returned for credit (less the restocking and shipping fees) must meet the following criteria:
1) All items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
2) All items must not have been installed, or have altered wiring.
3) All items must include all parts and pieces of original container.
4) All items must be in returnable* condition (i.e. no dirty products or scratched finishes).
5) Any items deemed special order, or ordered/modified to specific specifications by the customer are non-refundable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

*WARNING: Using a humidifier with hard water (ie: CALGARY TAP WATER) will cause calcium deposits to accumulate in your grow room. This will CLOG YOUR FILTER and potentially damage your fan, lights, tent, etc. IncrediGrow Garden Centre cannot take back any product that has been mistreated this way.
