Return Policy
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery.
Any item(s) cancelled after shipment or leaving the physical shop, or returned for reasons other than:
- Damage during shipping, or
- An error on behalf of IncrediGrow Garden Centre (for example, an incorrect item sent)
may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as any applicable shipping costs, at the discretion of management.
Items returned for credit (less any applicable fees) must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging
- Items must not have been installed or modified, including altered wiring
- All original parts and contents must be included
- Items must be in clean, returnable condition with no dirt, wear, or scratched finishes
- Special order, clearance or custom items are non-refundable
- Shipping is non-refundable and we do not offer free shipping on returns.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@incredigrow.ca with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work toward a fair solution.
If you notice your package is damaged at post office pickup or delivery to your home, you are encouraged to refuse it.
Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is issued, it is sent back through the original payment method via the payment network (such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). This applies to both online and in-store purchases and we cannot bypass it unfortunately. At that point, the refund has left our system and is handled by your bank or card provider.
Typical processing times:
- Credit cards: 3–7 business days
- Debit cards: 3–10 business days
In some cases, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times and billing cycle.
If your refund has not appeared after this period, we recommend contacting your bank. They may be able to locate it using the transaction details or reference number provided.

Additional Notes
We are unable to accept returns on products that have been damaged due to calcium buildup, including buildup caused by humidifier use. Calgary has hard water.
