Do I need to be home to sign for my order?
For your convenience, our packages are shipped out without a signature required, meaning the courier will leave the package at your doorstep.
All products purchased from IncrediGrow are made pursuant to a shipment contract, and the risk & responsibility of stolen/lost packages passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery from the courier.
The following items are not eligible for local delivery:
- CO2 tanks and refills
- Isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and butane.
- Anything marked on our website as "in-store pickup only".
