AC Infinity Warranty for Canadian Customers

IncrediGrow is an authorized Canadian retailer for AC Infinity products. These products are built to last and are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship.

As of 2025, AC Infinity has aligned its international warranty process with cross-border shipping costs. Canadian customers retain full coverage; however, shipping costs for replacement items are paid by the customer.


Warranty Coverage

  • All AC Infinity products include a manufacturer’s warranty — typically two years for standard items and five years for commercial lighting (e.g., the IONFRAME series).
  • Covers manufacturing defects only. Excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or product modification.

Warranty Claims & Contact (Canada)

All Canadian warranty claims are handled directly by AC Infinity’s support team. IncrediGrow can assist with documentation and speak to AC Infinity on your behalf, but we aren't able to take warranty claims back directly.

Replacement units are shipped from the U.S. Under the current policy, customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs. Replacements may be shipped to your address or to IncrediGrow for pickup depending on your preference.

  2. Product item number
  3. Your name and contact information
  4. Shipping address for the replacement
  5. Detailed description of the issue
  6. Photo or video showing the issue
  7. Serial number from the orange sticker (if available):

Returns & Exchanges

  • Warranty items: You must speak directly to AC Infinity.
  • Non-warranty returns: Unused items in original condition may be returned to IncrediGrow. We may hold returns up to 24 hours for inspection before issuing a refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply for inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
