Program Definitions

Light Preventative: Best suited to smaller plants, especially plants under 3 feet tall, where you want light ongoing protection before pests get established.

Standard Preventative: Routine preventative coverage for typical hobby or home growing spaces where you want steadier ongoing protection.

High-Value Crop Protection: Stronger preventative coverage for crops where visible damage, pest establishment, or lost time is less acceptable.

Early Infestation Response: For pests that have been noticed early, before pressure becomes widespread.

Established Infestation Response: For pests that are clearly present in multiple areas and actively spreading. You may notice mild damage or the beginnings of webbing.

Severe Infestation Response: Heavy pressure, repeated sightings, or obvious webbing or damage. More aggressive top-ups are recommended.

Manufacturer’s Commercial Dosage: Reference-only baseline based on commercial crop assumptions and broad distribution, not a small-room brute-force recommendation.

Extreme Infestation / Start Over: The infestation is widespread and deeply established. In many cases, the most practical recommendation is to start over and sanitize thoroughly.

Note: This is for reference only. Actual requirements depend on other real-world factors. Real growers also think about number of individual plants, where sachets can physically hang, isolated hotspots, whether plants are touching, airflow, humidity, and how long the IPM program has been running. When in doubt, it is usually better to slightly overdo it than under-do it.
